Delete Your Playback Games Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’re looking to delete your Playback Games account, here’s everything you need to know about the process.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you request account deletion:

• Your gameplay progress, stats, and saved data will be permanently removed
• Any associated purchases or in-game currency will be lost and non-refundable
• Your email address and linked data will be removed from our systems
• You will no longer be able to access the account or recover it later

Please note:This process is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open any Playback Games app
2. Tap Settings > Delete Account
3. You will be directed to this page — please confirm that you wish to proceed
4. Fill in the box with your user ID and what game you want to your account deleted from.
5. Tap "Send"and follow the confirmation steps

You can also email us directly at support@playbackgames.comwith the subject line:
"Delete My Account – info@playbackgames.com."

How Long Does It Take?

Once we receive your deletion request, we will begin processing it within 72 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been fully deleted.
